The purpose of the contract is to host and operate by the Vitale Card App holder in order to enable GIE Sesam-Vitale to benefit from a state-of-the-art service with a very high level of availability.

One of the objectives of the market is to transfer the current hosting, development and operation infrastructure of the Vitale Card App from its existing environment to the solution provided by the licensee in accordance with expected service levels. The services provided for under the contract include as follows:

— the activities of awareness of the context by the licensee;

— the design of the technical architecture and security services, implementation and testing of the toggle of the current information system to the incumbent's information system;

— Procurement services for cloud infrastructure, applications or services (“cloud”) and their technical and application operation of the Sesam-Vitale application in accordance with the applicable security constraints;

— intellectual services, in particular studies aimed at taking into account the changes required during the term of the market;

— and finally a reversibility benefit.

The market is passed in the form of a procedure with negotiation within the meaning of articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3, R. 2142-17 and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161 -20 of the public procurement code.
