The purpose of this consultation is the editing (design, production and printing), dissemination and promotion of books and knowledge specialized in cultural industries, stemming from research and teaching from the school of law and management of the Panthéon Assas Paris II University. The expected services are described in the Cahier des clauses techniques techniques (CCTP). This contract is a mono-awarding framework agreement passed in application of ordinance n ° 2018-1074 of 26.11.2018 carrying legislative part of the code of the public order and according to the procedure of the call for tenders opened in application of the articles R. 2124-2 1º, R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5, R. 2121-8 and R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-14 of decree n ° 2018-1075 of 3.12.2018 relating to the regulatory part of the public procurement code. The market is passed without minimum or maximum. The framework agreement fixes all the terms of the contract.
