At different locations in Heemstede, it is necessary that the light towers and luminaires be replaced. The purpose of the municipality is to have the approx. 350 masts and approx. 850 fixtures delivered and replaced by one party including the conclusion of a one-year maintenance contract with the same party.

The work mainly consists of:

- the removal, disconnection and removal of light towers and fixtures;

- the supply and installation (ready for operation) of light towers and luminaires;

- numbering light towers and providing management data;

- taking care of and coordinating the connection and reconnection of light towers by the network operator;

- supply overhaul and aftercare within the warranty period;

- the application of traffic measures;

- and additional work.
