The subject of the contract is the delivery of a set of resistors and active electronic components for use in the GLOWS/IMAP project. The implementation of the subject of the contract will be in accordance with the requirements contained in the Specification of the Terms of The Contract, including: in the description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract, constituting annexes to the SWZ. Throughout the duration of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to provide the Ordering Party with access to an on-line portal, to which the Ordering Party will be able (after logging in) to track the status of the order. It is required to meet all specified technical and functional parameters. Failure to meet any parameter by the offered subject of the order gives the Ordering Party the basis for rejecting the offer.
