The subject of the contract is the provision of reading services of measuring systems located in the area of operation of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. (on the premises of the Branch of the Gas Plant in Jasło) divided into 2 Parts listed in Annex 1 to the Agreement for the provision of reading services:

- Part 1 – OZG in Jasło: Gas plant in Brzozów, Dębica, Jasło, Kolbuszowa, Krosno, Mielec, Sanok, Sędziszów Małopolski and Strzyżów,

- Part 2 – OZG in Jasło: Gas plant in Jarosław, Lubaczów, Leżajsk, Łańcut, Przemyśl, Przeworsk, Rzeszów, Stalowa Wola and Tarnobrzeg.

A detailed description of the subject of the Order and the conditions for the implementation of the order are contained in the model contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ together with attachments to it.

1. As part of the reading services provided, the Contractor shall carry out in particular the following activities:

a) reading the Abacus indications of devices operating in the Measuring System,

b) verification and updating of numbers and types of devices in the Measuring System,

c) checking the sealing of devices in the Measuring System and reporting the irregularities found,

d) visual inspection of the Measuring System and its elements and reporting detected irregularities,

e) reacting in the event of a leak in the Measuring System,

f) reacting in the event of irregularities in the operation of the Measuring System, in particular: lack of device, gas meter jam, loud operation of the gas meter, jumping operation of the abacus, inability to read the indication - "illegible abacus",

g) reacting in the event of suspicion of illegal gas intake by the Customer (taking gas fuel without a gas supply contract or with total or partial omission of the Measuring System or with the Measuring System in which there was an interference affecting the falsification of measurements made by this system),

h) reporting cases of damage to gas cabinets or acts of vandalism found within the Measuring System,

i) checking in the Measuring Systems the compliance of the state of indications of the electronic Abacus:

• hourly peak recorder,

• remote reading attachments,

• debt collection gas meters,

• gazomierzy przedpłatowych,

with the state of the gas meter mechanical counter and reacting in case of irregularities,

(j) supplementing or updating the data with:

• photo of the Measuring System enabling its identification when reading according to the needs of the Ordering Party,

• label (barcode) of the Measuring System,

• the location of the place where the Measuring System is installed,

• the method of access to the Measuring System,

• the current address of the collection point,

• noticed defects along with noticing the fault and sending a photo,

2. As part of the contractual remuneration, the Contractor undertakes to provide mobile devices, additional power bank and data transmission sources and to bear the costs associated with the operation of the devices and the data transfer used.

Minimum technical requirements for equipment:

• camera resolution – 5 Mpix, f/2.0

• storage - 32 GB,

• Ram memory - 6 GB,

• number of processor cores – 8,

• operating system – Android; The Contractor will be obliged to use the software in:

with the highest version currently published, or

with the highest, currently published version minus 1,

• data transmission – 3G/LTE/5G,

• assured amount of data transfer between the SORO Mobile Application and the SORO Central Application,

• access to the Google Play online store.

The Ordering Party does not guarantee the correct operation of the SORO application in the event of failure to comply with the above-mentioned parameters and requirements.

3. Detailed rules for the execution of Readings, including the deadlines and rules for the execution of Readings, regulations and procedures applicable to the Ordering Party in the implementation of Readings, are described in the "SORO Technical Manual" – Appendix No. 2 to the Agreement for the provision of reading services;

4. As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to conclude and comply with the provisions of the Agreement on entrusting the processing of personal data, the template of which is attached as Annex 5 to the Agreement for the provision of reading services.

5. Detailed information on the areas covered by the provision of reading services is specified in Annex 1 to the Agreement for the provision of reading services.

6. The Ordering Party shall allow the submission of partial tenders. Number of Order Parts: 2 (two).

7. The Contractor may submit a tender for any number of Parts of the Contract listed in point 4.1. SWZ..

8. The Contracting Authority shall not introduce any restrictions on the number of Parts for which the contract may be awarded to the same Contractor
