Single-awarding framework agreement on technical inspection of construction (CTC) tasks and tasks relating to the safety and health protection of workers (SPS)

Technical construction control missions defined by the Construction and Housing Code, by standard NFP 03-100 of September 1995 and by Decree No. 99-443 of 28 May 1999 on the general technical clauses applicable to public technical control contracts for the design and execution of works relating to the construction of buildings and/or pavilions

Missions of coordination of the safety and protection of the health of workers, the skills required and the training necessary to acquire these skills, are defined by Articles R. 4532-11 to R. 4532-37 of the Labour Code. The selected economic operator will have to ensure during the various phases, design, preparation, realization, the strict application of the specifications "safety policy" and "practical modalities of cooperation" drafted by Logidia.These missions concern construction sites of residential buildings or renovation / rehabilitation operations of category 2 or 3 carried out by Logidia.
