Contract for the supply of electricity to the sites of 13 Habitat - Single lot - Framework agreement with single contractor purchase orders

The purpose of this contract is to set up a contract for the supply and transmission of electricity and associated services for residential residences managed by 13 Habitat.

the estimated volume based on the PDL and forecast consumption is 11,726,076 kwh for 1 year.

In view of the strong fluctuation in the price of electricity and the uncertainty as to the intensity of future consumption during the winter period, the maximum amount of the framework agreement is set in volume expressed in kWh. The maximum volume is set at 24,000,000 kwh
