The contract will have a duration of 2 (two) years, possibly renewable for a further 1 (one) year, at the same prices, agreements and conditions, as the faculty of the client.

The alleged amount, calculated as the maximum estimated tender amount for the contractual period of the first 2 (two) years, is established at EUR 7 469 365.32 ( seven million four hundred and sixty-nine thousand three hundred sixty/32), of which 10 865.32 EUR (ten thousand eight hundred and sixty-five thousand /32) for security charges not subject to lower, plus VAT.
