1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity

covering the sale of electricity and the provision of energy distribution services

electrical for the needs of the Kaliska Commune and organizational units of the Kaliska Municipality.

2. Data on individual measuring points and necessary information

are included in Annex 7 to the SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party provides that within the framework of the contract concluded in this procedure

approx. 760.00 MWh of electricity (+/- 20%) will be consumed on time

from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023

4. The Contracting Authority shall require that Contractors applying for the award of a contract for

the date of submission of offers had a valid contract with the local Operator

Distribution System (hereinafter referred to as DSO), on the basis of which sales can be conducted

electricity through the distribution network of this DSO to all

Properties.

5. The Ordering Party has an electricity distribution agreement with Energa Operator

S.A., Marynarki Polskiej 130,
