Service contract for the following purposes:

 Lot 1: Cleaning of the premises including:

o premises occupied by IGRETEC;

o premises with accommodation for tenants;

o premises located in common areas;

- The supply of consumables for sanitary facilities and kitchens;

- The rental and replacement of containers for sanitary napkins in the ladies' toilets;

- The rental and replacement of doormats in the entrances of the buildings;

- Sweeping and sorting of waste from waste pens

 Lot 2: Cleaning of windows and cladding including:

o internal and external glazing; (windows and glass partitions)

o cladding of the facades of buildings;

o outdoor sun protection;

o glazing of photovoltaic panels on roofs
