This contract concerns the preventive and corrective maintenance of metal curtains, sectional doors, automatic doors and turnstiles of all communal buildings.

The consultation results in the establishment of a composite market with:

— for the preventive maintenance part, a part at aggregate and annual flat-rate price;

— for the corrective maintenance part, a party under a framework agreement with a single economic operator which will execute as purchase orders are issued without negotiation or competition on the basis of unit prices and, exceptionally, on quotation, within the following thresholds:

No minimum annual amount, maximum annual amount: 200 000 EUR excluding VAT.
