Entrustment of the picking, transport and recovery service, at a suitable plant of the organic fraction coming from the separate collection of the Municipality of Benevento, CER code 20.01.08.

The duration of the contract is set at 24 months (twenty-four) from the date of start of the service. Recourse to the technical extension option, referred to in Article 106, paragraph 11, of the Code, is envisaged.

For the purposes of Article 35, paragraph 4 of the Code, the maximum estimated value of the contract is € 2,016,000.00 (two million sixteen thousand euros / 00) net of VAT and / or other taxes and contributions structured as follows: € 1,728,000.00 for basic contract (24 months) + € 288,000.00 for extension option.

The service consists of the activities of withdrawal c / o Eco Centro Comunale, transport and recovery, at a suitable plant of the organic fraction coming from the separate collection of the Municipality of Benevento, CER code 20.01.08, for a presumed quantity of 14,400 tons for 24 months (twenty-four).

The transport service will originate from the Municipal Eco Center indicated by Asia Benevento Spa and located in the territory of Benevento (C.da Fontana Margiacca), with destination at an authorized plant for the recovery of the organic fraction of municipal waste.
