Due to the continuous growth of the activity of the clinic and its staff, staff locker rooms are badly lacking in area. Some RGPT requirements are no longer met and the ladies' cloakroom is overflowing into the adjoining escape corridor, posing fire safety issues. The clinic's infrastructure master plan therefore provides for the construction of an extension, in the staff car park, including new changing rooms for all staff.

In addition, the clinical biology laboratory must annually handle 320,000 requests and carry out 4,600,000 analyzes. Current surfaces date back to the 1970s, are far too small for this level of activity and are not adequate to meet new sample processing needs, such as the installation of new automated chains, which require large open spaces, and more a multitude of small rooms in a row. The extension, in the staff car park, also includes surfaces for the construction of a new clinical biology laboratory.
