The orthopaedic building complex built at the beginning of the 30s in Semmelweis-/Philipp-Rosenthal-Straße, which has already been renovated and converted several times, for the last time as a psychiatry, is again in need of renovation. A core task is the complete replacement of the ailing drinking water system, including connection to the public utilities, as well as the upgrading of the low-voltage grid, especially in the telecommunications sector. In addition, there are mandatory interventions in the main building distribution to ensure operation.
Drinking water remediation takes place in the clinical areas. Staff changing rooms, ward bathrooms and bathrooms in the patient rooms will be converted. Old surfaces are dismantled. There are room conversions in masonry in the basement. The screed floors of the bathrooms are renewed including waterproofing. The services take place in a predefined order of the floors.
