This public contract is a framework agreement with single-party purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, then R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code with the following annual amounts:- no minimum annual amount;- maximum annual amount: €1,000,000.00 excluding taxes. The maximum annual amount set out in this public contract (framework agreement) does not confer any rights on the contractor and does not bind the contracting authority in any way
