The contract includes the technical planning of structural engineering acc. Part 4 Section 1 HOAI for the construction of a five-day day care center, Landauer Straße 27, in Kandel. The city of Kandel intends to build a replacement building for the existing day care center Landauer Straße 27. Immediately adjacent to the existing outer surface of the KiTa is an urban plot previously used as a playground. By combining the two plots, a sufficiently large construction field is created for a five-row replacement building with the associated open spaces. As part of a preliminary investigation, a two-storey, detached building with a second structural escape route over a balcony was proposed.

- Framework dates: Creation of HU construction until the end of 2019 Start of construction in mid-2020 Completion mid-2021. The current construction costs were estimated at approx. EUR 3 093 000 KG 300 and 400 gross. The proportions of the cost groups are assumed to be 79% KG 300 and 21% KG 400.
