ISD Bollenstreek needs two ICT applications ("On-premise"), namely: an application for the participation domain and an application for the care domain.

The assignment contains the delivery and implementation of an integrated application for all administrative processes resulting from the implementation of the Participation Act. The solution is delivered as an "On-premise" installation. The reason for an "On-premise" installation is the need to have maximum control over the technology and its management.

The assignment includes the delivery and implementation of an integrated application to take care of the administrative process surrounding directing (by offering "integral access" the possibility to use the application), the implementation of the Wmo, and the Youth Act . The reason that ISD Bollenstreek opts for an "On-premise" installation is, among other things, the need for the organization to have maximum control over the technology and its management.
