The subject of this tender is the drinking water sampling, the laboratory testing of drinking water for the microbiological parameters Legionella (Legionella spec.), For the chemical parameters lead, copper, nickel and the microbiological testing for the parameters Escherichia Coli (E.coli), enterococci, colony count at 22 O C and 36 O C, coliform germs, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, as well as the measurement of pH value, conductivity as part of a framework contract for buildings of various economic units in Berlin, which are managed by BIM GmbH. The quantities stated in the list of services are not guaranteed quantities. The contractor has no claim

For a minimum turnover

The quantities stated in the list of services are not guaranteed quantities, ie the contractor is not entitled to a minimum turnover. The positions to be eaten in the list of services (EP, GP) serve to determine the most economical offer. In the case of an order for the framework contract, the unit prices (EP) will be commissioned. The following quantities serve as a guide for the contract period of 4 years.

The drinking water tests for the chemical parameters lead, copper, nickel and the microbiological test for the parameters Escherichia Coli (E.coli), enterococci, number of colonies at 22 O C and 36 O C, coliform germs, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the measurement of pH and conductivity are carried out on suspicion or if necessary and before the first commissioning of drinking water installations. The services to be provided include:

The contractor must permanently mark each sampling point during the first sampling on site as a sampling point according to the Drinking Water Ordinance by attaching appropriate signs. The contractor will check the sampling point specifications, if any, provided by the client for their suitability for the commissioned tests in accordance with DVGW W 551 or in accordance with the latest recommendations of the Federal Environment Agency and, if necessary, determine suitable sampling points.

Title 1:

(a) the systemic investigation of approx. 547 large drinking water heating systems by means of annually recurring orientated drinking water tests according to the drinking water ordinance § 14b and § 15 on the parameter Legionella (Legionella spec.);

Title 2:

(b) the further investigation of large-scale plants for heating drinking water by means of further drinking water examinations and follow-up examinations in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance and DVGW worksheet W 551 for the parameter Legionella (Legionella spec.);

(c) the analysis for the chemical parameters lead, copper and nickel in accordance with the drinking water ordinance section 14 subsection 2 and section 15 by means of random sampling (Z-sample) and

(d) the analysis of the chemical parameters lead, copper and nickel using staggered stagnation sampling.
