The total amount of the tender is as follows: € 827,739.68 (net of social security charges and VAT) for the executive design and € 47,482,520.34 (already including safety charges not subject to a tender discount) for works. Categories that can be separated and/or subcontracted: OS3 (Water-sanitary systems, kitchens and laundries), classification III-bis for € 1,337,010.81; OS28 (Heating and air conditioning systems) classification VI for € 6,049,258.15; OS30 (Internal electrical, telephone, radiotelephone and television systems), classification VI for € 7,286,982.87
