Acquisition of an ion source, its controller and its generator on behalf of the Institute of Physics of the 2 Infinities (IP2I – CNRS UMR5822).

The object of the contract is the acquisition of a filament-free radio frequency (RF) ion source and the associated electronics allowing its installation on a vacuum thin-film deposition frame. The firm part of the contract is for the supply of a complete system.
