                        Description:
                        
                        Supply of accessories for endoscopic procedures, including consignment, suitable for gastroscopes, colonoscopes, and duodenoscopes, with a minimum shelf life of 12 months.
PN 01/24 supply of accessories for endoscopic procedures (including consignment)
The subject of the contract is the supply of accessories for endoscopic procedures (including consignment – task no. 3)
A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes:
Appendix No. 1 – Assortment and Price Form
All accessories offered must be suitable for gastroscopes with a minimum internal canal diameter of 2.8 mm and colonoscopes with an internal canal diameter of 3.7 mm and duodenoscopes with an internal canal diameter of 4.2 mm).
The offered subject of the contract must have all the documents required by Polish law, on the basis of which it may be admitted to trading and use in healthcare facilities in the Republic of Poland.
The accessories supplied must have a minimum shelf life of 12 months at the time of delivery to the Employer.
Remark!!!  For task no. 3 - Delivery of the subject of the contract will take place to the consignment warehouse, the detailed conditions of running the warehouse are specified in point 4 of the terms and conditions of the contract
