The contract includes the establishment of new call systems and access control systems as well as ongoing operational support and additional products related to the daily use of call systems and access control systems. The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure, and the tendered contract includes delivery, installation, testing and ongoing operation and maintenance of new calling systems and access control systems as well as associated operational support and the possibility of purchasing relevant accessories on an ongoing basis as required. In relation to section 49(2) of the Danish Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Entity has chosen not to tender separate lots. This is based on a concrete assessment that it is most appropriate for both practical and economic reasons to combine the tasks of the agreement for the performance of one supplier.
