Greater Manchester Combined Authority requires a contract for the supply and delivery of a variety of crime reduction products. These items are used by police forces as a cost effective way of reducing the risk of vulnerable people becoming victims of crime. They may be provided to:

• members of a community, to raise awareness of the need for crime prevention;

• individuals or groups, identified as at risk of becoming a victim of crime; or

• victims of crime, to provide reassurance and reduce the risk of re-occurrence.

The Authority invites bids for the supply of crime reduction products. The framework is being initially established for a 2-year period, with the option to extend up to a further 2 years on an annual basis.
