Eesti Energia AS will create a dynamic procurement system for the design of the power grid, multitube systems for communication facilities, street lighting network and charging infrastructure for electric cars across Estonia with a validity period of 60 months, which companies that meet the qualification conditions during its validity period can join on an ongoing basis.

Under the dynamic purchasing system, the aforementioned design works are procured centrally both for the companies belonging to the group and through voluntary central procurement for the acquirers.
