PROLIN is to be adapted and further developed by the contractor to the needs and requirements that have arisen from the FOPH's ITSM transformation processes.
The object of the service is the “adaptation and further development” of PROLIN's configuration status currently existing in the FOPH.
The services of work packages 1-3 described below are to be provided/implemented immediately after the award has been awarded. Appropriate schedules are fixed in the context of a kick-off discussion.
Brief description of the services:
Work package 1: Creation or development of a concept for GDPR-compliant management (archiving and deletion) of data in accordance with data protection regulations.
Work package 2: Establishment of a self-service portal (preferably under configuration of the Prolin's own module “Self-Service”). An (online) form should be made available to all users in the FOPH to simplify and speed up the processing of fault reports, to manage their own requirements and thus contribute to increasing efficiency.
Work package 3: Implementation of change management and connection of PROLIN to MS Exchange & Active Directory.
Other support services: In addition to the work packages, the contractor must also make the following changes, for example:
- implementation or deletion of a configuration component attribute
- implementation of a configuration component type
- Customization of an existing proline form (ticket template)
- Implementation of automated workflows
- Implement result-driven tasks (interdependent tickets or tasks)
- Implementation of a new authorization role
- Establishment and adaptation of knowledge management (based on the application “PROLIN”)
- Enable interface management (graphene function & federalization of CMDBs)
- Transition from on-premises agents to web-based application
- Set up and implement single sign-on
