the procurement procedure used is the open call for tenders.

This is a framework agreement with purchase orders concerning the services for the implementation of an alternative solution to the Watteau tower which pooled twenty cameras, the deployment and maintenance of the video protection system for the City of Cenon in order to ensure active viewing of public spaces and buildings.

It is concluded for a period of 1 year renewable twice without exceeding 3 years. The annual amounts of the framework agreement are 50,000euro excluding VAT minimum and 200,000 euro excluding VAT maximum.

A site visit is mandatory. The offer of a candidate who did not make this visit will be declared irregular.

The dates of visits are scheduled:

- Tuesday 15 December 2021 at 14:00

- Tuesday 04 January 2022 at 2 pm
