The subject of the contract includes the provision of services and works for the summer and winter maintenance of the A4 motorway on the section from km 193 + 965 to km 281 + 686, administered by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways, Branch in Opole - Region in Brzeg, with a total length of 87.721 km with all elements located in the road lane, including 129 bridge structures, in 2019-2025.

Year-round maintenance of the A-4 motorway on the section Brzeg node - border of the province Śląskie, from km 193 + 965 to km 281 + 686 includes the provision of services and works for summer and winter maintenance of the A4 motorway on the section from km 193 + 965 to km 281 + 686, administered by the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways Branch in Opole - Area in Brzeg, with a total length of 87.721 km with all elements located in the road lane, including 129 bridge structures, in the years 2019-2025.

The scope of services and works envisaged to be carried out as part of the comprehensive maintenance of the A4 motorway includes the following ranges:

- current highway maintenance,

- ongoing maintenance of engineering structures,

- winter maintenance of roads and engineering facilities,

- patrolling and duty,

- maintenance of MOPs and parking lots,

- maintenance of Motorway Maintenance Circuits.

According to the description of the subject of the contract (volume III of the ToR), including technical specifications and bills of quantities attached as an attachment, some of the services and works will be performed as part of routine maintenance settled by a lump sum, while the remaining part of a structural nature will be ordered outside the lump sum and settled according to actual performance.
