In addition to the delivery of equipment, the total procurement covers the installation, commissioning, commissioning training of the equipment, as well as software and any related maintenance agreements.
The equipment delivery must take place as soon as possible or at the latest within 4 months of signing the procurement agreement (delivered in accordance with DDP Incoterms 2020 Savonia University of Applied Sciences, Microkatu 1, Kuopio). Installations, commissioning and user training must be arranged within 3 weeks of the equipment delivery in Kuopio.
The suitability requirement for procurement is at least one corresponding system delivery to the EU area during the last three years. The tenderer must offer all objects of the total procurement. The criterion for selecting a supplier is overall economic advantage, in which case one tender with the lowest price is selected.
