The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the preparation of documentation for the protection plans of nature reserves in the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, divided into the following parts:
a) part I: preparation of documentation for the protection plan for the nature reserves "Jodły Ostrzeszowskie" and "Pieczyska";
b) part II: preparation of documentation for the protection plan for the nature reserve "Deciduous forest in Promno";
c) Part III: preparation of documentation for the protection plan for the nature reserve "Lake Trzebidzkie":
Stage I: execution of the contract in 2023,
Stage II: execution of the contract in 2024;
d) Part IV: preparation of documentation for the protection plan for the nature reserve "Czeszewski Las":
Stage I: execution of the contract in 2023,
Stage II: contract execution in 2024
Preparation of documentation for the protection plan for nature reserves "Jodły Ostrzeszowskie" and "Pieczyska"Scope of the contract: the entire area of individual nature reserves. Estimated area covered by the contract: "Jodły Ostrzeszowskie": 8.73 ha, "Pieczyska": 5.00 ha,
Minimum scope of field research:
1. Inventory of the current state of water conditions and facilities in the reserve and its surroundings affecting the reserve, in particular on natural habitats and habitats of protected, rare and endangered species.
2.In the nature reserve "Jodły Ostrzeszowskie" an inventory of the forms of terrain should be made. The general character of the landscape should be described and the most characteristic elements such as hills, gorges, valleys should be indicated.
3.Inventory of vascular plant flora, vegetation types (plant communities and non-hierarchical units – the basis for separating non-hierarchical forest vegetation units should be the dominant stand species and forms of degeneration) and natural habitats of Community importance, carried out on the basis of field inspections carried out in May-June and August. For part I, an inventory of the Abies alba fir should be made, taking into account health, age and spatial structure and the state of natural renewals. The location of all specimens of fir found in the field and the spatial range of renewals should be recorded in the GPS receiver.
Preparation of documentation for the protection plan for the nature reserve "Deciduous forest in Promno"Scope of the contract: the entire area of individual nature reserves. Estimated area covered by the contract: lot II "Deciduous forest in Promno": 6.07 ha.
Minimum scope of field research:
1. Inventory of the current state of water conditions and facilities in the reserve and its surroundings affecting the reserve, in particular on natural habitats and habitats of protected, rare and endangered species.
2.Inventory of vascular plant flora, vegetation types (plant communities and non-hierarchical units – the basis for separating non-hierarchical forest vegetation units should be the dominant stand species and forms of degeneration) and natural habitats of Community importance, carried out on the basis of field inspections carried out in May-June and August.
3.Inventory of ecosystem types (forest, non-forest, water, peatland and swamp; other – as needed), whose spatial extent should be recorded in a GPS receiver.
Preparation of documentation for the protection plan for the nature reserve "Lake Trzebidzkie"Scope of the contract: the entire area of individual nature reserves. Estimated area covered by the contract: part III "Lake Trzebidzkie": 90.71 ha.
1. Inventory of the current state of water conditions and facilities in the reserve and its surroundings affecting the reserve, in particular on natural habitats and habitats of protected, rare and endangered species. For part III, physicochemical tests of the water of Lake Trzebidzkie are required along with the analysis of the results (concerning such parameters as: dissolved oxygen, pH, conductivity; chlorophyll a, mineral nitrogen, total phosphorus, dissolved phosphates).
3.Inventory of ecosystem types (forest, non-forest, water, peatland and marsh; other – as needed), whose spatial extent should be recorded in the GPS receiver
Preparation of documentation for the protection plan for the nature reserve "Czeszewski Las"Scope of the contract: the entire area of individual nature reserves. Estimated area covered by the contract: part IV "Czeszewski Las": 534.12 ha.
Inventory of the current state of water conditions and facilities in the reserve and its surroundings affecting the reserve, in particular on natural habitats and habitats of protected, rare and endangered species.

Recognition of the fauna of the nature reserve made by a zoologist based on field inspections throughout the reserve. Field inspections should be carried out in places that take into account the habitat preferences of individual groups of animals. When planning inspection dates, account shall in particular be taken of the phenology and activity period of the species present and likely to occur in the test area. The tests should be carried out under optimal weather conditions and at times of the day that allow the greatest number of species to be detected. The location of sites of recorded valuable species, i.e.: protected, endangered, rare on a regional and Polish scale (placed in the Polish Red Book of Plants and on red lists), as well as requiring protection, in accordance with Council Directive 92/43/EEC of 21 May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild fauna and flora, should be recorded in a GPS receiver.
