Ark is a charity that aims to transform children’s lives through education. Our network of 39 schools in the UK achieves great results for young people, and some of our schools are among the best in the country. Ark Schools are currently located in London, Birmingham, Hastings and Portsmouth. The contract will cover Planned Preventative Maintenance and Response Maintenance for all electrical and mechanical building installations. The contract is split into three lots, with separate lots for alarm maintenance and lift maintenance, as set out below. The contract will have a duration of three years, with two options to extend, each of one year. The annual value of the full mechanical and electrical maintenance lot is estimated at £1.4 million, alarm maintenance £75,000, lift maintenance £75,000.
