Region Gotland accepts ESPD as preliminary proof that the bidder meets all requirements. Please note that ESPD is optional to use, it is sufficient that bidders answer all questions in the respective bidding area for the tender to be accepted.
If the capacity of another undertaking is invoked, the ESPD shall also be submitted for that undertaking.
