The housing organization AL2bolig wants to construct 75 public housing units (eligible area: 6 100 m2) as family housing carried out as a floor building on Ådalsvej/Fredensgade and Østergade in Hinnerup, Favrskov Municipality.

The builder has a great desire for the construction to be certified at minimum silver according to the DGNB criteria under Green Building Council Denmark's certification scheme for floor properties and townhouses, however this is offered as a competition package.

We point out that the task can only be solved by establishing a parterrefloor for parking etc., and that this must be contained in the total reprice. Please refer to the Building Programme (Annex 02-01) and AL2Housing Design Paper (Annex 03-02).

This Tender Ordinance invites interested people to request participation in the tender.

There is no competition on price. The construction total is set at 94.25 million. DKK incl. VAT, therefore, not on the price but on the best fulfilment of the builder's wishes and requirements are not competed on the basis of the specified sub-criteria.

Purchased total advisor services are desired, including mainly architectural services and engineering services according to the tender material.
