The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 brand new firefighting vehicle - a tractor unit with a water tank semi-trailer, meeting the technical parameters and having equipment in accordance with the content of Annex 2 of this procedure entitled "Description of the subject of the contract - Minimum technical and utility requirements for a firefighting vehicle - a tractor unit with a semi-trailer tank for water - 1 pc.".

The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 brand new firefighting vehicle - a tractor unit with a water tank semi-trailer, meeting the technical parameters and having equipment in accordance with the content of Annex 2 of this procedure entitled "Description of the subject of the contract - Minimum technical and utility requirements for a firefighting vehicle - a tractor unit with a semi-trailer tank for water - 1 pc.". The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract – Minimum technical and utility requirements for a firefighting vehicle – a tractor unit with a water tank semi-trailer – 1 pc. Other conditions for the performance of the contract are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, the template of which is attached as Annex 3 to the SWZ. The delivered tractor unit and semi-trailer - tank must be brand new, year of manufacture not earlier than 2022, free from physical and legal defects and claims of third parties.
