The purpose of the procurement is to meet the needs of the municipalities of Ulricehman, Tranemo and Mark regarding inspection, service and minor repair work of lifts. The supplier must have a manned on-call / fault reception for rectification of elevator alarms around the clock. This means that fault correction can occur at all hours of the day every day of the year.

Ulricehamn, Tranemo and Mark municipalities need ongoing service, maintenance and control of the municipalities' lift facilities.
Description of the contract
The purpose of the procurement is to meet the needs of the municipalities of Ulricehman, Tranemo and Mark regarding inspection, service and minor repair work of lifts. The supplier must have a manned on-call / fault reception for rectification of elevator alarms around the clock. This means that fault correction can occur at all hours of the day every day of the year.
The procurement covers the Client's need for service, maintenance and routine checks/inspections for the municipality's facilities in accordance with:
Appendix 1 Lift facilities Ulricehamn municipality. Appendix 2 Lift facilities Tranemo municipality.
Appendix 3 Lift installations Municipality of Mark.
Appendix 4 Elevator facilities Stubo AB.

Language
Tenders must be written in Swedish.
Attachments in English may be accepted, however, the customer has the right to demand translation of such texts at the tenderer's expense. Official documents from, for example, certification bodies, authorities or similar are accepted in languages other than Swedish.
