The business organisation West-Betuwe will use a Dynamic Purchasing System (DAS) https://www.bvowb.nl/inhuurdesk (website). By setting up a DAS, the business organisation and its partners aim to fulfil the need for temporary hiring of external personnel. The DAS is used for the hiring of external personnel on the basis of an effort obligation (and therefore not advice/result assignments).

The DAS is arranged according to the following category classification:

— Registration Domain,

— Social Domain,

— Public Domain,

— Public order and security,

- support,

— Operations of business,

— Spatial Domain,

- other.

The DAS will be used to hire external personnel on the basis of an effort obligation. It is difficult to estimate beforehand what the size of this will be.

Framework agreements have been concluded for the hiring and payroll of external personnel up to and including scale 8. The DAS will only be used for this external hiring if the hiring requirement cannot be met through these framework agreements. The existing framework agreements with preferred suppliers are at the time of this publication:

— broadcast/payroll to scale 8,

- catering industry.

The number of preferred suppliers and framework agreements with a hiring components can be expanded later.
