Supply contract in 2 lots for the purchase of tools, electrical equipment, safety and maintenance products. The contract includes the supply and delivery of the equipment included in the inventory and the equipment included in the supplier's catalogue(s). The catalogue must include the items appearing in the price schedule for the lot concerned.

The market is a catalog market. The contracting authority shall be able to order from the successful tenderer all the products available to the latter in its range. The catalogue is evolving, this means that during the execution of the contract, new articles, in compliance with the titles of lot (s) awarded, can be proposed by the successful bidder or introduced at the request of an order issuing service. Similarly, articles may be deleted by the successful tenderer, in agreement with the Contracting Authority.
