Cleaning and EIFS work as part of the renovation of the Plattling secondary school, including:

1. Addition of ETICS with plaster of the outer façade in the area of window openings in 1 construction phase with

- approx. 380m² reveal, pillar and lintel insulation with mineral fibre insulation material

- ca. 380m² armierter Silikatputz

- Working on an existing EIFS system

2. Renovate, revise and replaster interior wall plaster in 3 construction phases with

- approx. 1,500 m² old plaster revision

- approx. 400 m² new plaster as lime-cement/gypsum interior wall plaster

Implementation in 3 construction phases until 2024

The use of the building remains during the construction period.
