The call for tenders concerns the construction and operation of electricity generation facilities located in non-interconnected areas that use renewable energies within the meaning of Article L. 211-2 of the French Energy Code. and of which a part of the production is self-consumed, and whose power is between 100 and 1 MW.

Under the terms of Article L. 311-12 of the French Energy Code, successful candidates appointed by the Minister of Energy benefit from a purchase agreement for the electricity generated, concluded in accordance with the provisions of the French Energy Code. Articles L. 311-13 and L. 311-13-1 of the Energy Code and according to the terms and conditions provided for in the specifications.

The cumulative power required for the first 2 application periods is distributed by territory according to the following distribution:

- Corsica 1 MW,

- Guadeloupe 2 MW,

- Guyana 2 MW,

- The 4 MW Meeting,

- Martinique 4 MW,

- Mayotte 1 MW.

The cumulative power required for the following application periods (3 to 5) is distributed by territory according to the following distribution:

- Corsica 0.5 MW,

- Guadeloupe 1 MW,

- Guyana 1 MW,

- The 2 MW Meeting,

- Martinique 2 MW,

- Mayotte 0.5 MW.
