The acquisition is subject to the Mental Health Service Production Operational Guidance System for the Student Health Foundation. The operational control system is part of YTHS's mental health service model.

The minimum procurement requirements are set out in Annex 2.

We ask to pay attention to the connection of the required clearances to the Mercell system as required in Annex 2. The supplier attaches not only the required clearances to the Mercell system, but also a price form and a promotional form.
