1. The subject of the contract is the extension of DW 424 on the section Gwoździce-Odrowąż-Gogolin and DW 415 on the section Gwoździce-Rogów Opolski in accordance with the terms of the SWZ. Code and name of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 45.00.00.00-7 – works; 45.11.00.00-1 – works in the field of demolition and demolition of buildings, earthworks; 45.11.12.00-0 – works in the field of site preparation for construction and earthworks; 45.23.14.00-9 – construction works for the construction of power lines; 45.23.16.00-1 – construction works in the field of telecommunications lines; 45.23.30.00-9 – works in the field of construction, foundation and paving of motorways, roads; 45.23.31.00-0 – works in the field of construction of motorways, roads; 45.23.32.00-1 – works on various surfaces; 45.23.33.00-2 – foundation of motorways, roads, streets, pedestrian paths; 45.22.11.00-3 – construction works in the field of bridge construction; 71.22.30.00-7 – architectural services in the field of extension of buildings.

2. Description of the item of the order.

2.1. Preparation of design documentation based on the functional and utility program together with obtaining the necessary permit in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2351 – consolidated text as amended) or decision on permission to implement a road investment in accordance with the Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads – Journal of Laws of 2022, item 176 – consolidated text).

It is necessary to develop a water and legal report and obtain a water and legal permit, as well as other elements necessary to perform the task and obtain permits, arrangements and approvals resulting from the scope of the project and acceptance of complete documentation by the Provincial Roads Authority in Opole.

2.2. Execution of construction works together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure based on design documentation made by the contractor together with non-construction works and, if necessary, securing monuments of small architecture, conducting archaeological research, ensuring archaeological, natural and ornithological supervision – to the extent resulting from specific regulations.

The general, preliminary scope of execution of construction works, characteristic parameters determining the scope of construction works, general functional and functional properties are included in the functional and utility program.

The design documentation should be prepared in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Transport and Maritime Economy of 2 March 1999 on the technical conditions to be met by public roads and their location (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 124 – consolidated text, as amended).

Where it is necessary to obtain derogations from the technical conditions, provision should be made for such a derogation. The Contractor will be obliged to develop all the studies and measurements necessary for this purpose.
