CHA currently contracts with an external provider to supply IT hardware and infrastructure support services and this contract is coming to an end. Support of the existing telephony system is also now provided by the same supplier having been transferred during the period of the main contract.
CHA is looking to continue to have its IT infrastructure and telephony solution supported by a single supplier, therefore, is looking to appoint a supplier via a single contract to provide ongoing support as detailed within this document.
