The subject of the contract is the provision of a loan of PLN 7,000 000,00 to repay previously incurred loans and loans amounting to PLN 6,971,000,00 and to finance the planned budget deficit of PLN 28,900,00.

2. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the order shall include in particular:

2.1. deadline for the launch of the loan: until 31.12.2021;

2.2. repayment of capital installments quarterly starting from 31.3.2024 to 31.12.2037. Capital installments: 56 installments of PLN 125 000,00 (where the deadline of payment falls on a day off work, the next working day shall be considered for meeting the deadline);

2.3. payment of interest on the monthly loan (on the last day of the month) starting from the month in which the tranche of the loan was launched. The amount of interest to be paid on the part of the credit used, the bank will inform the contracting person in writing (e.g. mail) at least 5 days before the date of payment. Where the deadline for payment falls on a day off work, the next working day shall be considered for meeting the deadline;

2.4. the Contracting Party reserves the possibility of not using all or part of the intended credit without incurring additional charges.
