Geographically, the procurement covers the whole of Sweden and is divided into tender areas by county. Tenders may be submitted for one or more bidding areas. The Swedish Enforcement Authority intends to sign a framework agreement with one supplier per tender area.
The chancellor is a contracting party and a call is made by the chancellor.
No alternative bids are accepted.
Procurement is carried out by Open Procedure under Section 6 (2) Act (SFS 2016:1145) on Public Procurement (LOU).
