This consultation concerns the supply of books for the libraries and primary schools of Nancy and the acquisition of school and non-school books for the use of the Stanislas library, the media library, the annex libraries and the schools. Place of execution: The Stanislas Library, the Media Library and the Primary Schools of the City of Nancy. The procurement procedure used is the Open Call for Tenders (Aoo). It is subject to the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. The services will be performed according to the purchasing technique of the single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum amount in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
