The subject of the contract is to grant a loan in the amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 intended for repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances in the amount of PLN 1,586,332.00 and to finance the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 5,413,668.00. 2. The subject of the contract is to grant a loan in the amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 intended for repayment of previously incurred liabilities under loans and advances in the amount of PLN 1,586,332.00 and to finance the planned budget deficit in the amount of PLN 5,413,668.00. 2. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular: 2.1. Loan start-up date: by 31.12.2023 2.2. Repayment of capital installments quarterly starting from 31.03.2024 to 31.12.2032 The amount of capital installments: the first 16 installments of PLN 125,000.00 and 20 subsequent installments of PLN 250,000.00. (If the payment deadline falls on a non-working day, the next working day is considered to be met). 2.3. Monthly repayment of interest on the loan (on the last day of the month) starting from the month in which the loan tranche was released. The Bank will inform the Ordering Party about the amount of interest to be paid on the used part of the loan in writing (e.g. e-mail), at least 5 days before the payment date. If the payment deadline falls on a non-working day, the next working day is considered to be met the deadline. 2.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to use all or part of the planned loan without incurring additional fees. 2.5. The Purchaser has the right to make early repayment of the loan or part thereof without incurring any charges in this respect. In the event of early repayment of part of the loan, the loan period remains unchanged, unless the Ordering Party (Borrower) submits a different instruction in writing. 3. During the term of the loan agreement, it shall not be allowed to change the bank account numbers necessary for the repayment of loan instalments and interest on the loan, unless the change of the bank account number results from situations beyond the Bank's control that cannot be foreseen during this tender procedure.
