The municipality of Nousiainen requests offers on student transport for the academic years 2022 – 2023 and 2023 –2024. In addition, an option to extend the acquisition for the academic years 2024 – 2025 and 2025-2026 is attached to the agreement.

The procurement concerns school transports in the municipality of Nousiainen and to nearby municipalities or from nearby municipalities. The targets of the invitation to tender are school travel transport for pupils in grades 1 to 9 of pre-primary education and basic education in the municipality of Nousiainen.

The items are described in more detail in the attachments to the request for quote.

The customer arranges student transport primarily using existing liner traffic. If the route or timetable for liner traffic is not suitable for school trips for a student who has received a positive school transport decision, or if another criterion for granting the customer's school transport is fulfilled, the student's school transport will be arranged as a charter.

In addition, pre-primary education transports have been combined with school transport.

Procurement is divided into subdivisions by school.

The municipality of Nousiainen has three schools:

1. Henrik Unified School, Moisiontie 16, 21270 Nousiainen

2. Church District School, Vahdontie 52, 21270 Nousiainen

3. Valpper School, Urheilutie 12, 21270 Nousiainen

Based on the information provided by the customer, the service provider designs the routes. The customer must approve the routes before the start of the journeys.

The routes and schedules of the sites are revised by semester/academic year to meet the need for transportation.

The service provider must take care of all transports in one (or more) schools so that the waiting times for pupils are as short as possible (Section 32 of the Basic Education Act).

The addresses of the children to be transported will be provided to the tenderers upon request, requests must be sent by e-mail: toimisto@juhaconsulting.fi

Students' addresses should not be shared or published.

The school starts at Henrik's Unified School on the hour at 8 or 9 a.m. and ends at 12-14 on the hour, except for the last hour, which ends at 2:50 p.m.

At the church district school, classes start at 8 or 9 a.m. and classes end on the hour between 12:00 and 14:00. In addition, on Thursdays during the day there will be a transfer to Henrik's Unified School at 12 noon and back to the Church District School or home at 1 p.m.
