With this invitation to tender, the City of Rovaniemi's procurement services are asking for tenders for hardware store goods, hand tools and fixing accessories to be purchased for the City of Rovaniemi, the Rovaniemi Education and Training Consortium and the KAS asunnot Oy Group's Rovaniemi rental housing companies (Appendix 1). The supplies to be procured are mainly for property repairs and maintenance included in maintenance, as well as for the needs of vocational training. The contractor procures the supplies included in the works contracts through contractors.

The subscriber acquires products in batches that are suitable for their purposes, usually in small one-off batches. Products are retrieved primarily from the vendor's service desk. Products from larger sites are sourced as direct deliveries to work sites.

This invitation to tender establishes a framework agreement for which a maximum of three (3) suppliers are selected in order of priority.

The contract is concluded for two (2) years and can be extended for two (2) separate one-( 1) year option periods.
