The services give rise to a framework agreement with single-order purchase orders awarded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1; R. 2161-1 to 6 and R. 2161-13 and 14 of the public order code. It is concluded without a minimum amount or a maximum amount and sets all the conditions for performance of the services. It is executed as and when purchase orders are issued by the members of the group of orders.
