1. The subject of the contract is services aimed at improving the quality of the capercaillie biotope in the Józefów, Biłgoraj and Janów Lubelski Forest Districts, including works consisting in reducing the occurrence of American bird cherry, removing excessive amounts of undercutting and undergrowth, and marking fences of forest crops. The material scope of the subject of the contract, a detailed description of the works (activities) and a description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are included in Annex 1 and 2 to the ToR. The subject of the order was divided into 5 lots (hereinafter referred to as the "Package").

In accordance with art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act, the Employer requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing activities related to felling of trees and shrubs (lumberjack, woodcutter - petrol chainsaw operator), if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code.
1. The subject of the order, within the Józefów Forest District, consists of three tasks:
Task 1: Reducing the occurrence of American bird cherry
This task includes two treatments:
Treatment 1 - consisting of cutting and then spraying herbicide of stumps remaining after cutting of black cherry on a total area of 130 ha, which should be carried out within 40 days of the conclusion of the contract.
Treatment 2 - which consists of renewed spraying of suckers with herbicide in the next year after felling, i.e. in 2020, on a total area of 130 ha
Task 2: Removal of excessive undergrowth and undergrowth over a total area of 100 ha, which is expected to be carried out in 2019 and 2020
Task 3: Marking forest crops fences for a total length of 30,000 mb, which is expected to be carried out in 2019-2021
2. The estimated size of tasks broken down by years is included in Annex 2 to the ToR.
3. The material scope of the subject of the contract, a detailed description of the works (activities) and a description of the technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in this part of the order are included in Annex 1 and 2 to the ToR.
4. The locations (forest addresses) where the implementation of individual works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are planned are preliminary and may change during the contract.
5. Due to the actual natural and weather situation that may occur during the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as the unforeseen economic and economic situation, the Purchaser reserves the right to make reducing, increasing, finding new locations as well as suspending performing activities at the locations indicated in Annex 2 to the ToR. Increased corrections do not mean the introduction of new works not covered by the scope of the basic contract, and decreases do not mean complete abandonment of some works. They should be understood as an increase in the number of works in one location, at the expense of a reduction in the number of works in another location - within the overall material scope provided for individual activities (tasks) in the Package. The need to increase the size of some elements of the contract being carried out in the course of the subject of the contract may also occur in order to implement the full scope of work described in the subject of the contract. The new location is determined as part of the subject of the contract.
