The subject of the contract is the supply (purchase) of electricity to Toruńskie Wodostry Sp. z o.o. in Toruń within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (text of one. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716 as amended, hereinafter referred to as “PrEnerg”) in 2022 with a volume of indicative size: 13 510 600, 00 kWh. This order does not include electricity distribution services. Details of the location of the individual collection points (e.g. buildings, facilities), their description and assignment to the individual tariff groups, as well as their current power and the anticipated electricity consumption during the term of the contract are presented in Annexes No 1 and No 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract (hereinafter referred to as “SWZ”)
